Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ultrashieldprotection.com (the “Site”) and the products and services provided by ULTRASHIELD LLC(“ULTRASHIELD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase our products.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site or place an order. If you use the Site on behalf of a business (for example, as an installer or shop), you represent that you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms.

Products & services

We sell professional-grade paint protection film, ceramic coating, window tint, undercoating, and related tools, apparel, and shop supplies, and we support a network of certified installers. Product descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing are provided for reference and may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, and discontinue any product.

Orders & payment

Submitting an order is a binding offer to purchase at the prices and terms shown at checkout, including applicable taxes and shipping. An order is accepted when we confirm it and/or ship the products. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. You agree to provide accurate, current billing information and authorize us (and Stripe) to charge your selected payment method for the order total. If a payment is declined or fails, we are not obligated to fulfill the order. Title to products remains with ULTRASHIELD until payment is received in full.

Shipping & risk of loss (FOB shipping point)

Unless otherwise stated in writing on our order acknowledgement or invoice, all products are sold F.O.B. shipping point (FOB origin). Title and risk of loss pass to you when we tender the products to the carrier. From that point forward, the shipment is your responsibility, and any loss, theft, delay, or damage in transit is a matter between you and the carrier.

  • Delivery dates and transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for carrier delays or for any loss arising from late or non-delivery.
  • You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for shipments misdelivered, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address you provided, and reshipment may incur additional charges.
  • For items lost or damaged in transit, we will reasonably assist you in filing a claim with the carrier, but the carrier (not ULTRASHIELD) is responsible for the loss. Inspect every shipment on arrival and report visible transit damage to the carrier and to us promptly.

Returns & refunds — all sales are final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order is placed. Because our films, coatings, and related products are professional materials that are often cut to order and cannot be restocked or resold after they leave our facility, every purchase is made on a final-sale basis.

  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded, and risk of loss has passed to you as described above.
  • The only exceptions are (a) a defect covered by the applicable product limited warranty, handled exclusively under that warranty (see below), and (b) rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
  • If a product arrives with a verifiable manufacturing defect, contact us at support@ultrashieldprotection.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will, at our sole option, repair, replace, or issue credit for the affected item. This does not create a general right of return.

Warranty

ULTRASHIELD stands behind its flagship products with a limited warranty extended solely to the original purchaser of the product and the specific vehicle on which it was professionally installed. The scope, coverage period, and covered defects for each product are described in the written warranty provided with that product and at the time of registration.

Any warranty provided by ULTRASHIELD is non-transferable. Coverage applies only to the original purchaser and the original vehicle, and does not transfer to any subsequent owner, vehicle, or installation. Selling, gifting, or otherwise transferring the vehicle, or removing and reinstalling the product, voids the warranty.

Eligible flagship products may be registered with CARFAX upon professional installation by a certified ULTRASHIELD installer. Registration helps verify your coverage and inspection status but does not extend or modify the terms of the applicable limited warranty.

  • Warranty service requires proof of original purchase and proof of professional installation by a certified installer.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, abuse, improper care or maintenance, environmental events, or installation by a non-certified party.
  • ULTRASHIELD's sole obligation under the warranty is, at our option, to repair or replace the covered product; any labor terms are as stated in the applicable product warranty.

Installer & professional accounts

Installer and admin portals are for authorized professionals only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Dealer/installer pricing and program terms are confidential and provided for your business use only. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, and suspension does not relieve you of amounts owed.

Google Business Profile connection

Our installer dashboard offers an optional feature to connect your Google Business Profile so your live Google rating and reviews can be displayed on your ULTRASHIELD installer listing. By connecting, you authorize ULTRASHIELD to access certain Google account and Business Profile data through Google's APIs, on your behalf.

  • We use this data only to display and refresh your business information, rating, and reviews on your listing and dashboard.
  • You can disconnect at any time from your dashboard or by revoking access in your Google Account security settings.
  • ULTRASHIELD's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. See our Privacy Policy for details.

SMS / text messaging program terms

Program: ULTRASHIELD Alerts. By providing your mobile number to us (at checkout, on an invoice or payment link, or on a form on our website) and opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from ULTRASHIELD, including order confirmations, shipping and tracking updates, secure payment links, appointment reminders, and customer-support replies.

  • Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • To cancel at any time, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a final confirmation and no further texts.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile information is handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile opt-in data or phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Acceptable use & intellectual property

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems. All content on the Site — including the ULTRASHIELD name, logo, text, graphics, product names, and software — is owned by or licensed to ULTRASHIELD and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or create derivative works from it without our prior written consent.

Disclaimer of warranties

Except for the express limited product warranty described above, the Site, products, and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ULTRASHIELD and its members, officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to the Site, products, or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to ULTRASHIELD for the product or order giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ULTRASHIELD and its members, officers, employees, and suppliers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at support@ultrashieldprotection.com so we can try to resolve it informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washington County, Oregon, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction and venue.

Force majeure & assignment

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including supply shortages, carrier disruptions, labor actions, natural events, or network and power outages. We may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets; you may not assign your rights or obligations without our prior written consent.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted with a new effective date, and your continued use of the Site or placement of new orders after that date constitutes acceptance. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
