ULTRASHIELD LLC(“ULTRASHIELD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using ultrashieldprotection.com (the “Site”), purchasing from us, connecting a third-party account, or communicating with us, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, information generated through normal use of the Site, and information from third-party services you choose to connect:

Contact details — name, email address, phone number, and business name.
Order & shipping details — billing and shipping addresses, products purchased, and vehicle information (such as VIN) for warranty registration.
Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and limited details (such as the last four digits and card brand) but never store full card numbers on our servers.
Communications — records of calls, texts, and emails with our team. Calls to our business line may be recorded for quality and training; voicemails are stored.
Google Business Profile data— if an installer connects their Google account, the business profile information, rating, and reviews we access through Google APIs (see “Google user data” below).
Location— if you use “Use my location” on the installer locator, your device's approximate location, used only to find nearby installers.
Device & usage data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and similar analytics collected via cookies and similar technologies.

How we use your information

Process orders, payments, shipping, and warranty registration.
Send transactional updates (order confirmations, tracking, payment links, appointment reminders) and respond to support requests.
Display an installer's connected Google rating and reviews on their public listing and dashboard.
Operate, secure, maintain, and improve our products and services.
Detect and prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.

Google user data (Google Business Profile)

Our installer dashboard offers an optional feature to connect a Google account so we can show your live Google rating and reviews on your ULTRASHIELD installer listing. When you connect, we request access only to the Google Business Profile data needed for that feature — such as your business name, location, rating, and review content — through Google's APIs and with your authorization.

We use this data only to display and refresh your business information, rating, and reviews on your listing and dashboard.
We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or transfer it except as needed to provide the feature or as required by law.
You can disconnect at any time from your dashboard or by revoking access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. On disconnection we stop accessing the data and delete cached copies within a reasonable period.

ULTRASHIELD's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Cookies & analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, secure the Site, and understand how it's used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality.

SMS / text messaging & mobile information

If you explicitly opt in and provide your mobile number, you may receive text messages related to your orders and account (see our Terms & Conditions for full SMS program terms). You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared with the subcontractors that help us deliver these messages (for example, our messaging provider) solely to provide the service.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, and only as needed to provide our services or comply with law:

Stripe — payment processing.
Shipping carriers & ShipEngine — fulfillment, labels, and tracking.
Twilio — calls and text messaging.
CARFAX — warranty registration to the vehicle history.
Google — to retrieve your connected Business Profile rating and reviews and to power maps.
Email provider — transactional email delivery.

We may also disclose information to comply with law, enforce our terms, protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer.

Data retention & security

We keep information only as long as necessary for the purposes described here or as required by law, and we use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights & choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. You can also opt out of texts (reply STOP) and marketing emails at any time. We do not sell your personal information and do not “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising. California and other state residents may exercise their privacy rights, and we will not discriminate against you for doing so. To make a request, contact us below; we may need to verify your identity.

Children's privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Third-party links & changes

The Site may link to third-party sites we don't control; their privacy practices are their own. We may update this policy from time to time; changes are effective when posted with a new effective date.
